This app (“Aso Salary”) is developed by Mohammed Mahmud / Wano IT.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use Aso Salary.

1. Data Collection

Offline Data:

All salary entries and photos you add are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us or any third party, unless you choose to use online features.

Online Sheets (Cloud Sync):

If you use the online/cloud features, your salary entries, attached photos, and sheet data are stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Storage).
Your data is accessible only to you and to users you choose to share with.
When you share a sheet, the email address of collaborators is stored for the purpose of access control.

User Accounts:

If you register or log in, your email address, name, and registration time are stored securely in Firebase Authentication and Firestore. This information is used only for authentication and user management.

We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data for advertising or analytics.

Local Data: Stays on your device unless you choose to export or use cloud features.
Cloud Data: Protected by Google Firebase security, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Biometric Lock: If enabled, Face ID or Fingerprint protects access to your data. Your biometric information never leaves your device.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for any reason.
If you share a sheet with another user, their email is stored only for granting access to that specific sheet. No emails are used for marketing or analytics.

Camera/Photos: Only requested if you choose to attach a photo to an entry.
Biometrics: Only requested if you enable biometric lock in the app’s settings.

You can export your salary data as PDF or CSV files for your own records.
You can delete all data at any time using “Clear All Data” in Settings.
If you use online features, you can delete your account and all associated cloud data from the Profile page.
Uninstalling the app will delete all local data from your device.

All online (cloud) data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage), subject to Google’s security and privacy policies.
We do not operate our own servers.

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app and/or app store listings with the new “Last Updated” date.
