This app (“Wano Invoice”) is developed by Wano IT.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use Wano Invoice.

Offline Data:

All invoices, client details, product information, and attachments you create are stored locally on your device.
This data is not transmitted to us or any third party unless you choose to use online/cloud features.

Online Services (Cloud Sync):

If you use cloud features, your invoices, client data, and related files may be stored securely using cloud services such as Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Storage).
Your data is accessible only to you and any users you explicitly share it with.
If sharing features are used, collaborator email addresses may be stored only for access control purposes.

User Accounts:

If you create an account or log in, we may store your email address, name, and registration details securely using authentication services (e.g., Firebase Authentication).
This information is used solely for login, synchronization, and account management.

We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data for advertising or analytics purposes.

Local Data: Remains on your device unless you export or enable cloud features.
Cloud Data: Secured using industry-standard encryption (in transit and at rest).
Device Security: Optional features such as biometric lock (Face ID / Fingerprint) protect access to your app. Biometric data never leaves your device.

We do not share your personal data with third parties.
If you choose to share invoices or grant access to others, only necessary information (such as email) is used for that purpose.
No data is used for marketing or analytics.

Storage/Files: Used to save and export invoices (PDF, images, etc.).
Camera/Photos: Only used if you choose to attach images (e.g., receipts, logos).
Biometrics: Only used if you enable app lock in settings.

You can export your invoices as PDF or other formats for your records.
You can delete your data anytime from within the app settings.
If cloud features are used, you may delete your account and all associated data.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

Cloud data (if used) is stored via trusted providers such as Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage).
These providers follow strict security and privacy standards.
We do not operate our own servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updates will be posted within the app or app store listing with a revised “Last Updated” date.
